  1. When I opened this email it had a receipe for A lemon and vegetable chicken receipe and I was going to use it but now It has been replaced with this Chicken Pasta Gloria. I don’t know where the other recipe went but would like to see it back.

    1. Hi Kathy, I’m not sure what recipe showed up in your email? The email I received showed the Chicken Gloria Pasta along with two different soup recipes. If you have a screen shot of the recipe in your email, I could try to look it up. You could email it to info at onceamonthmeals.com

  2. What would you recommend as a substitute for white wine? My husband has a severe alcohol allergy and I don’t want to take any chances. Thanks!

    1. Hi Christina! You could use chicken broth in place of it. I don’t think cooking wine has any alcohol in it either but chicken broth would probably keep you the safest.

  3. I found the onions to be way too much. I only used half a small onion. I also subbed out the wine. Next time I will try to make my own cream of mushroom.

  4. I found there to be too much salt in the recipe. I don’t think the extra salt is needed. Next time I will also add peas to the recipe for some more color. It smelled delicious while cooking!
