  • 1 cup Chicken Broth/Stock
  • 3 cups dice and cook Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cups Coconut Milk, Canned
  • 1/8 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 2 cups cook and shred Chicken, Boneless Breasts

  2. Add shallot and saute until translucent.
  3. Stir in chicken broth into shallots.
  4. Pour a small amount of broth mixture and part of the steamed cauliflower into a blender. Mix until creamy.
  5. Repeat, adding coconut milk, sea salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the last batch.
  6. Combine entire mixture and stir in shredded chicken.
