Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, combine chicken and pesto.
- Spread olive oil over baking sheets and hands, to prevent sticking.
- Divide pizza dough into indicated number of servings. Form a ball out of each portion.
- Place dough balls on baking sheet and flatten down into a circle.
- Divide chicken/pesto, cheese, and olives among circles, placing only on one half of the circle.
- Fold the other side of the dough over the fillings. Push down on the edges with finger to seal.
- Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes.
- Flash freeze.
- Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
