Why would I want to freeze this?
- Mix the taco seasoning, garlic #1 and olive oil #1 together and rub into all sides of the chicken.
- Heat olive oil #2 over medium-high heat in a skillet.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Let cool.
