Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Mix the taco seasoning, garlic #1 and olive oil #1 together and rub into all sides of the chicken.
  2. Heat olive oil #2 over medium-high heat in a skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend the cilantro, yogurt, olive oil #3, garlic #2, lime juice and salt until creamy.
  6. Divide the cilantro sauce among the indicated number of pint freezer bags.
  7. Dice the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  8. Divide the chicken among the indicated number of gallon freezer bags.
  9. Label all bags and freeze together.
