<p>This delicious dish could be renamed "tastes like thanksgiving bowl"! In all seriousness though, it has all the delicious, comforting flavors that you love about the holiday and you can have it all year long in a healthy way!</p>

  • 3 cups dice Cauliflower
  • 15 1/2 ounces rinse and drain Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Canned
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders, Fresh
  • 4 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary, Dried
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 3 1/3 cups dice Celery
  • 1/2 cups Cranberries, Dried

  2. On the other side add cauliflower and chickpeas.
