  1. In a bowl, combine chipotle powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  2. Rub mixture all over pork tenderloins.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium high heat.

  5. Place meat in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until internal temp is 150 degrees.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes.
