Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add in cinnamon and salt.
- Stir in oats, chia seeds, coconut and flax seed meal and stir until evenly incorporated.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Form into bite sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flash freeze.
- Once frozen, place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
