Why would I want to freeze this?
- Add bananas and dates to a food processor and puree until smooth.
- To food processor, add in almond butter, coconut flour, coconut oil, palm shortening, baking soda, salt, vanilla, and cocoa powder and pulse until a batter forms.
- Spoon into lined muffin cups.
- Sprinkle on chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
