Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Add bananas and dates to a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. To food processor, add in almond butter, coconut flour, coconut oil, palm shortening, baking soda, salt, vanilla, and cocoa powder and pulse until a batter forms.
  3. Spoon into lined muffin cups.
  4. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and walnuts.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
  6. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
