  2. Heat skillet and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet, cook until golden brown on bottom.
  4. Flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.

  1. Hi there, when you say “complete pancake mix” does that mean we should create the pancake batter according to the box directions and then add the additional items in the recipe above? Thank you!

    1. Kelly – Complete pancake mix – in meaning like a bisquick type pancake mix. Then follow the instructions on the recipe. Good question – thanks for asking!

  2. Made this for breakfast today and thought it was great. I needed to add a little more water though (about 1/3cup).

        When using the complete pancake mix, the typical wet ingredient it calls for is water. You would probably be fine to sub with milk.
