Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Grease crock with cooking spray.
  2. Place half of cinnamon rolls on bottom of slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs, cream, maple syrup, vanilla and spices.
  4. Pour over cinnamon rolls.
  5. Place remaining cinnamon rolls on top.
  6. Drizzle half of icing on top of rolls.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours.
  8. Drizzle remaining icing on top.
  9. Allow to cool.
  10. Divide into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
