Oven Cook
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- In a separate mixing bowl, add sugar and butter, and beat until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add bananas, yogurt and vanilla, continuing to beat until well mixed.
- Add flour mixture, approximately 1/2 cup at a time, stirring just until moist.
- Pour batter into indicated number of well-greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until knife inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
