Join the discussionThis looks divine. How are the Brussels sprouts prepared? They look a bit delish as well!
Laurie, it was my first time doing Brussel sprouts and I loved them! I roasted them using olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. I hear they are awesome with bacon but I didn’t have any at the house that day.
Can I use ubsweetened coconut milk from the carton? Or should it be canned?
Yes you could the only problem is it may not be as creamy since the canned is more full fat.
When you freeze everything, do you include the chicken? Thanks.
Yes
Oh wow…new favorite marinade!!!!! Just grilled some chicken made with this and I’m blown away. This will be my new go to! Thank you!!!!
This was tasty however, the next time I might add a little less lime.
Noticing this doesn’t have ingredients on the recipe page. Am I missing something??
