  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cups chop Pecans
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Covered Candies, Mini
  • 1 cup Coconut, Shredded, Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 10 ounces White Almond Bark
  • 10 ounces Almond Bark, Milk Chocolate
  • 1/2 cups Sprinkles

  1. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, pecans, candies, coconut, chocolate syrup, and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheets.
  4. Chill for 1 hour, or flash freeze until solid.
  5. Melt chocolate candy coating and dip balls, placing back on waxed paper.
  6. Top with sprinkles right after dipping (before the chocolate hardens).
