  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats, Quick Cooking

  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Covered Candies, Mini #1
  • 1/4 cups chop Walnuts
  • 1/4 cups Coconut, Shredded, Unsweetened
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Covered Candies, Mini #2

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
  2. Add in egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mini chocolate covered candies #1.
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  5. Press dough into pizza pan.
  6. Sprinkle on walnuts, coconut and mini chocolate covered candies #2, pressing lightly into dough.
  7. Bake at 350F degrees for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Slice into servings.
  10. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
