  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper

  2. Saute onion for 2 minutes, remove from heat and add the garlic and sage.

  4. Roll into the indicated number of meatballs and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle meatballs with olive oil #2 and bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
