  • 2 tablespoons dice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1 2/3 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper

  • 1/4 cups dice Bacon
  • 3 tablespoons drain and chop Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine green onions, garlic, ground beef, salt, pepper, egg, diced bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Mix thoroughly with hands.
  3. Roll into golfball sized balls, then flatten into circle.
  4. Cut cream cheese into cubes and place a cube of cream cheese in the middle of each circle and enclose meatball around cream cheese.
  5. Place meatballs on baking sheet and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
