  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Reserve 1/2 of mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Grill chicken, brushing frequently with 1/2 of mayonnaise mixture, until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  4. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture.

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Reserve 1/2 of mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Grill or broil chicken, brushing frequently with 1/2 of mayonnaise mixture, until chicken is slightly underdone or just done. (You will be reheating after freezing and it will cook the rest of the way).
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Divide reserved sauce into indicated number of pint freezer bags.
  6. Divide chicken among gallon freezer bags. Place one sauce bag in each gallon bag, label and freeze.
