Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Add the water and pudding mix in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, whisking consistently until thickened.
  3. Mix in the lime gelatin and mix until combined.
  4. Pour into the indicated number of cups.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Cover each cup with plastic wrap and then foil. Label and freeze.
