Why would I want to freeze this?
- Add the water and pudding mix in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, whisking consistently until thickened.
- Mix in the lime gelatin and mix until combined.
- Pour into the indicated number of cups.
- Let cool.
- Cover each cup with plastic wrap and then foil. Label and freeze.
