  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.
  2. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add butter, seasonings and milk and mix with a hand-mixer or heavy duty mixer until you reach the desired creaminess.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
