Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the seasonings.
  3. Toss the chicken wings with the seasoning and rub evenly into the chicken.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire cooling rack inside.
  5. Place the wings on the cooling rack.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 75 minutes.
  7. Turn the wings over and increase the oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake for another 75 minutes.
  8. Turn the wings once again, increase the temperature to 300 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool.
  10. Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
