This sandwich has the makings of an addictively simple lunch. Nothing beats the crispiness of the tofu paired with spicy buffalo sauce and creamy blue cheese dressing.

Join the discussionHave you made a gluten free version of this? I have recently found out that I have a gluten sensitivity and a red meat allergy. I’m constantly looking for ways to get enough protein every day.
Annie – We don’t have a gluten free version of this in our archives. You can however search by recipe type – ie GFDF https://onceamonthmeals.com/oam… or Gluten Free https://onceamonthmeals.com/oam…
Annie,
Instead of bread crumbs, you could grind up almonds and cover them in the almond “flour” (if you don’t have a nut allergy of course). Gluten free sandwich rolls are pretty easy to find/make.
Great suggestion Heather!
