- Combine the butter and hot sauce and set aside.
- Place the flour and buttermilk in separate shallow dishes.
- Spray a medium size skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Coat each piece of tofu in flour and then buttermilk.
- Place the tofu in the pan in a single layer and allow tofu to cook on each side for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Coat the tofu in the hot sauce mixture.
