  • 3 cups slice Tofu, Firm
  • 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1/3 cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, Vegetarian

  1. Combine the butter and hot sauce and set aside.
  2. Place the flour and buttermilk in separate shallow dishes.
  3. Spray a medium size skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  4. Coat each piece of tofu in flour and then buttermilk.
  5. Place the tofu in the pan in a single layer and allow tofu to cook on each side for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Coat the tofu in the hot sauce mixture.
  7. Combine the Greek yogurt, blue cheese and Worcestershire sauce.

  8. Place tofu on a baking sheet and flash freeze.
  9. Once frozen, remove from freezer and divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags.
  10. Divide blue cheese dip among indicated number of quart freezer bags. Place one dip bag in each gallon bag, label and freeze.
