  • 1 cup dice Broccoli
  • 1/2 cups dice Cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1/2 cups chop Deli Ham, Sliced

  • 3/4 cups Almond Milk, Plain, Unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2/3 cups Cheddar Cheese, Mild, 2%, Shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
