Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a food processor, combine the almond flour and figs until finely chopped.
- Add the dates and process until mixed well.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, except the rolled oats, and pulse several times to combine, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the oats.
- Firm and evenly press the mixture into a parchment lined baking pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Lift the bars from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into individual servings.
- Wrap each serving in plastic wrap and divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
