Why would I want to freeze this?
- Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a dutch oven.
- Sprinkle lamb with salt, pepper and flour.
- Sear the lamb on all sides.
- Add all remaining ingredients (except the orzo) and cover with lid.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 4-5 hours or until the lamb is 165 degrees.
- Let cool.
- Divide the lamb among half the indicated number of bags. Divide the orzo among the remaining freezer bags.
- Label all bags and freeze together.
