  • 3 cups Beef Bone Broth/Stock
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard, Yellow
  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups dice Dill Pickles
  • 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/8 cups cook Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cups cook and dice Bacon

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Melt butter on stovetop over medium heat.
  2. Add all of the spices and cook for a minute.
  3. Add broth, tomato paste, cheddar cheese, mustard and cream cheese. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add pickles and heavy whipping cream and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add ground beef and bacon to the pan. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Divide among indicated number of quart freezer bags, label and freeze.
