Ingredients
- 4 cups Hashed Brown Shreds, Frozen
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 12 individual Egg
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 3/4 cups cook and dice Bacon

Why would I want to freeze this?
- Using a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns and cream cheese until everything is well combined.
- Divide mixture among indicated number of greased baking dishes.
- Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together. Pour over the hashbrowns.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with bacon.
- Bake an additional 10-20 minutes, or until the center is set and springs back when touched.
- Let cool.
- Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
