  • 2 cups Hashed Brown Potatoes, Diced, Frozen
  • 12 ounces Mixed Vegetables, Frozen
  • 10 ¾ ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 7 ½ ounces Refrigerated Biscuit

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, hashbrowns, veggies, soup, and seasonings.
  2. Transfer to greased baking pan.
  3. Arrange biscuits on top of casserole.
  4. Bake covered with foil at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are cooked and golden brown.

  2. Do you think if I fully cooked this and froze it, that thawing in the fridge and simply reheating on the day I want to serve it would work?

    1. Yes, this should work! The consistency of the biscuits may change a bit but it shouldn’t be anything major!
