One of my favorite sides to have with pasta or other main meat dishes is this quick and easy garlic bread. It is SO much healthier than the frozen variety too!

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Cut the bread loaf in slices, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. In a small bowl mash together the butter and the garlic powder.
  3. Once mixed well, spread between slices of bread loaf.
  4. Wrap loaf in foil.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until butter is melted and bread is browned.
