  1. Place ranch dressing on plate or shallow dish
  2. Place breadcrumbs on another plate or shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken in ranch dressing, coating all sides, then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
  5. Cook breaded chicken in oil for 12-15 minutes, turning once, until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in the center.
