  1. I used a vegetarian ground meat substitute and we are blown away. SO GOOD.

    My dish wasn’t quite thawed so I baked 45 minutes, uncovered and baked 20 more. Perfect.

  2. This is tasty, but the proportions seemed really off. (Ten tortillas in two 8×8 pans?)

    Also, I might recommend cooking the onions a bit, but that’s probably preference-based.
