Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place the fillets skin-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  2. In a food processor, combine the breadcrumbs, walnuts, mustard and honey.
  3. Process until well combined, scraping the sides as needed.
  4. Spread the walnut crust into a thick layer on the salmon.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.

Make From Frozen Serving Day Directions
