Why would I want to freeze this?
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray, then break each egg into muffin cup
- Sprinkle each egg with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
- Layer each muffin with 1 slice of Canadian bacon, 3 Tablespoons of cheese, and egg.
- Top with other muffin half.
- Allow muffins to completely cool.
