  • 5 tablespoons eggnog #1
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cups eggnog #2
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soften Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg

  1. In a bowl, combine eggnog #1 and powdered sugar to make glaze. Set aside.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another large mixing bowl, combine eggnog #2, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and nutmeg.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  5. Form dough into a large disk.
  6. Cut disk into 8 sections and place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  9. Drizzle eggnog glaze over scones.
