  • 1/4 cups dice Onion
  • 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Green
  • 1/3 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dice Dill Pickles
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Pickle Juice (Pickles with Juice Extracted)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sage, Dried

  1. Place ham in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add in onion and pulse until finely chopped and incorporated with ham.
  3. Remove from food processor and mix with green bell pepper.
  4. In another bowl, mix together mayonnaise, pickles and juice, salt and sage.
  5. Add dressing to ham mixture.
  6. Top bread with lettuce, tomato, ham salad and bacon.
