- Break eggs into an extra large mixing bowl and beat 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
- Add the sugar a little bit at at a time, beating after each addition.
- Add cottage cheese, butter, vanilla, and salt and beat until smooth.
- Stir in the drained noodles. Then divide the mixture between 8x8 baking pans.
