  • 4 cups Vinegar
  • ⅓ cups Kosher Salt

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Place cucumbers and onions in a large bowl or container, alternating onion and pickles.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Do not heat or cook.
  3. Pour liquid mixture (brine) over the cucumbers and onions.
  4. Refrigerate covered for 48 Hours.
  5. Stir the pickles after 24 hours to mix well.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
