Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  2. Shape into 1 inch balls and lay on a cookie sheet.

  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
  5. Flash freeze meatballs.
  6. Portion sauce into indicated number of quart freezer bags.
  7. Place frozen meatballs into indicated number of gallon freezer bags, place sauce bags in with the meatballs, label, and freeze.
