- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Dip bread slices one at a time into egg mixture and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- When finished baking, allow to cool.
- Cut each bread slice into 4 slices.
