Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Stir sugar into warm water until dissolved.
  2. Puree each fruit in a blender or food processor by itself and pour into a small bowl. DO NOT blend together.
  3. Divide sugar water evenly between the bowls of fruit puree. Stir well.
  4. Pour equal amounts of kiwi puree into each cup and freeze 1 hour.
  5. Pour equal amounts mango mixture into each cup and freeze 20 minutes.
  6. Insert stick and continue freezing 2 hours.
  7. Pour equal amounts of raspberry puree into each cup and freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
  8. Once popsicles are solid, divide among gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
