Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Line one 8x8 pan per 8 servings with wax paper. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Divide yogurt mixture among indicated number of pans and spread evenly.
  3. Flash freeze.
  4. Once frozen, remove from freezer, thaw for five minutes, and cut into bars.
  5. Divide into indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
