Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Divide yogurt among regular sized muffin tins.
  2. Flash freeze.
  3. While yogurt is freezing, divide fruit among indicated number of bags.
  4. Place 2 Tbsp of orange juice concentrate in each bag.
  5. After yogurt pucks have frozen, divide among the freezer bags. Label and freeze.
