- Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl whisk together egg and milk.
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture and coat thoroughly.
- Next, dredge in egg wash and coat thoroughly.
- Then return to flour mixture for a final coating.
- Fry chicken pieces in oil about 3-4 minutes each side until golden and crispy.
- Place in a bowl with garlic chili sauce and toss to coat.

What time and temperature would you recommend for cooking these in an air fryer?
