  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl whisk together egg and milk.
  4. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture and coat thoroughly.
  5. Next, dredge in egg wash and coat thoroughly.
  6. Then return to flour mixture for a final coating.
  7. Fry chicken pieces in oil about 3-4 minutes each side until golden and crispy.
  8. Place in a bowl with garlic chili sauce and toss to coat.
