  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Whole Milk
  • 1 1/4 cups dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1/3 cups Spicy Thai Chili Sauce

  2. Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl whisk together egg and milk.
  4. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture and coat thoroughly.
  5. Next, dredge in egg wash and coat thoroughly.
  6. Then return to flour mixture for a final coating.
