One of my favorite seasonings packets is the Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic Seasoning. I also have several pork loins that need to be used up so I threw this dish together. I think that you will like it. It is simple but very juicy.

  1. the eat from the pantry challenge sounds great! the made up things sometimes turn out to be favorite recipes, the roast sounds like it turned it great!Helen

  2. Sounds good, but do you know what I could substitute for the white wine? We don’t buy alcohol, so I’m always on the lookout for substitutions. Thanks!!

    1. I use a little vinegar (balsamic or wine vinegar) with the broth too . . I think this gets it closer to the wine flavor (and is what I use when I am out or lazy!)

  3. That looks good. I think I have used that same seasoning packet before, and loved it. I think I used it on chicken. Using it on pork sounds great. Thanks for linking your post to TMTT.

  4. Lindsey, the Garlic & Herb Dip Mix is actually a prepared item you can buy at the grocery store. Since this is an easy assembly recipe we are trying to keep it simple. We hope you’ll enjoy this tasty recipe!
