- In a medium bowl mix together the yogurt and ginger.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pears, cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice until the pears are well coated.
- In a small plastic container or cup put a 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture, followed by a 1/2 cup of pear mixture. Repeat.
