- In a medium bowl mix together the yogurt, ginger root, and maple syrup #1.
- In another bowl mix together the pears, cinnamon, maple syrup #2 and lemon juice until the pears are well coated.
- In a small plastic container or cup put a 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture, followed by a 1/2 cup of pear mixture. Repeat.

- In a medium bowl mix together the yogurt, ginger root, and maple syrup #1.

- Divide pear mixture into remaining half of pint freezer bags.
- Label bags, tape together, and lay flat to freeze.
