Make It Now Cooking Directions

Oven Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Line the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet (such as a jelly roll pan) with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese until smooth. Then add in eggs one at a time, blending well. Next blend in milk.
  3. Add in flour and stir until smooth. Batter will be runny and not dough like.
  4. Pour batter onto lined baking sheet and bake 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, top with salt, pepper, bacon and spinach.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Begin to roll, starting with the short side. (It helps if you pull up the parchment paper or run a knife along the edges to loosen the egg) Slice into 1" slices and place back on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for another 5 minutes.
