Make It Now Cooking Directions
Oven Cook
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Line the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet (such as a jelly roll pan) with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese until smooth. Then add in eggs one at a time, blending well. Next blend in milk.
- Add in flour and stir until smooth. Batter will be runny and not dough like.
- Pour batter onto lined baking sheet and bake 350F for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, top with salt, pepper, bacon and spinach.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Begin to roll, starting with the short side. (It helps if you pull up the parchment paper or run a knife along the edges to loosen the egg) Slice into 1" slices and place back on baking sheet.
- Bake for another 5 minutes.
