Join the discussionDid these for Father’s Day dinner. My son said they were better than restaurant ribs. Husband really enjoyed them, too. Many thanks and compliments from my four girls, too. First time I’ve ever done ribs. A definite keeper!
That is GREAT!
How do we tell how many freezer bags to use? By the servings?
Oops! I didn’t fix up the directions from the recipe card directions before posting (blush)… It is all fixed up now. Thank you for catching that! It is one recipe per gallon sized freezer bag. I actually made this to serve 6 (multiplying up the ingredients for that number of servings) and it also still fit in a gallon sized freezer bag and was a good size for my family. Hope that helps!
I have a friend who does this in the crockpot. She puts the rub on and lets it sit, like this says. Then when its time to cook, she put them in the crockpot, pours the sauce over it and cooks on low for 5-6 hours until falling off bone!
